Pradip Dhakal ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Streakly mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

We respect your privacy. Streakly is designed to be a local-first habit tracker — your habit data, streaks, and personal information stay on your device.

Information We Collect

Information stored locally on your device

The following data is stored only on your iPhone and is never transmitted to our servers (we don't have any):

• Your display name — provided during onboarding
• Habits, check-ins, and streak history
• Challenge progress
• App preferences (theme accent, notification settings)

This data lives in a local database on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data is permanently deleted.

Information collected by third-party services

Google AdMob (free version only). We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and use them for ad personalization, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy

When you first see an ad, iOS will ask you whether to allow Streakly to track you across apps and websites. Your choice is honored.

Apple StoreKit (Premium purchases). When you purchase Streakly Premium, the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store. We never see your payment information, billing address, or Apple ID. We only receive a confirmation that the purchase was successful, which we use to unlock Premium features locally on your device.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be explicit about what Streakly does not do:

• ✗ We do not require an account, email, or phone number
• ✗ We do not collect your name, location, or contacts
• ✗ We do not upload your habits to any server
• ✗ We do not have a backend at all — there is no Streakly server you connect to
• ✗ We do not share, sell, or rent any personal data to third parties
• ✗ We do not track your behavior outside the app (other than IDFA via AdMob if you opt in)
• ✗ We do not use analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)

Notifications

If you enable habit reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated by your iPhone — they do not pass through any server. We do not collect notification interaction data.

You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Streakly → Notifications.

Children's Privacy

Streakly is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this app or send us any personal information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Even though we don't collect personal data, you have the following rights:

• Right to access: All your data is on your device — open the app to access it
• Right to delete: Use the "Reset Everything" button in Settings, or delete the app from your device
• Right to portability: (Coming in a future update — data export feature)
• Right to opt out of ads tracking: Use App Tracking Transparency in iOS Settings
